Return of Products

After communicating your decision to withdraw, you must return the products within 14 days from the date you notified us. The return costs are your responsibility, unless we inform you that these costs are covered by us.

Conditions for Return:

  • Product Condition: To ensure safety and hygiene, perfumes must be returned in their original packaging and unused. We do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used, except in case of defect.

Refund

After we receive and verify the returned products, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid, including the cost of standard shipping. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of products, including:

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In addition to the right of withdrawal, all products purchased at Gold Scents are covered by a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If the product is defective or does not meet the specifications, you have the right to repair, replacement, or refund.
